To every customer who placed their trust in us: thank you. We deeply appreciate your support and the opportunity to be part of your work.

Over the past three weeks, our team has worked intensively to address the issues identified with our ELD. Despite these efforts, we are unable to verify that our ELD fully complies with FMCSA requirements. We have therefore chosen to voluntarily self-revoke its FMCSA registration.

We are no longer operating as an ELD provider. Counting Trucks ELD service and its associated data flow have stopped. We have no plans to resume ELD operations or provide further ELD services.

Please stop using Counting Trucks for hours-of-service recording. Use paper logs as a temporary measure, subject to applicable FMCSA requirements, while arranging a compliant replacement ELD if one is required for your operations. Paper logs are not a permanent substitute for a required ELD. Read FMCSA guidance.
